YOUTH JIU-JITSU 10-15
THE YOUTH 10-15 PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION AND IMPROVE STUDENTS’ COORDINATION. STUDENTS ENGAGE IN AN OVERVIEW OF ALL FUNDAMENTAL POSITIONS AND TECHNIQUES, AND ENJOY AN INTRODUCTION INTO MORE ADVANCED JIU-JITSU. STUDENTS WILL ALSO BE GIVEN EXPLANATIONS OF CORE JIU-JITSU CONCEPTS AND IDEAS.

- LEARN SELF-DISCIPLINE AND BUILD CONFIDENCE
- BUILD RESPECT FOR INSTRUCTORS & PEERS
CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
- OVERVIEW OF ALL POSITIONS AND SITUATIONS
- BEGINNER AND FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUES
- INTRODUCTION TO ADVANCED JIU-JITSU
- EXPLANATION OF CORE CONCEPTS & IDEAS
- BEGINNER & ADVANCED GI CONCEPTS
