Circuit training undertaken by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) makes for an excellent fitness regime that will benefit anyone who wishes to improve their general fitness and wellbeing.
Conditioning training focuses on increasing strength, stamina and endurance through a range of cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, bodyweight and free weight exercises. high intensity rounds at each exercise station will get your heart rate pumping while targeting every area of the body in this lively and fun class.
